Every bite of your jam made me want to do more:) There is a recipe or two in that cookbook I might email you for, tee hee! I've never tried the pomegranate molasses but a recipe in the book called for it and so that's why I sent you some. Also that lavash bread is major good with your jam. I took a rolled up lavash PB&J to rehearsal the other day and Yum City! You and Hubby enjoy with my

After what you spend to ship? Yes you deserve it! I took a picture of the first ones I make and they're on my Flickr page. Plus I am still thoroughly enjoying that jam on a daily basis, I got really nice bread to make a pb&j with it and it was totally awesome!
