P.s. My newest favorite cookbook is "Sinfully Easy Delicious Desserts" by Alice Medrich. We've loved everything in it. It's a great hit with the book club ladies too. (I cheat every once in a while - and am reminded why I shouldn't. I couldn't believe they put chocolate on my list of foods to avoid.)
