I have tried to contact you, but have not gotten a response. I mailed your blue postcard some time ago, have received ratings of 5 from other partners. I don't understand why you gave me a "1." Please let me know. It really bothers me a lot because I am very reliable about sending out my swaps, as you can tell from my other ratings. If you did not get the blue postcard, I will be happy to send you another. I wish you had notified me before you gave the rating; I would have made it good instantly.
