Thanks for the Profile Post!! I chose to do type 1 Swaps on purpose because I tend to misjudge the time line on swaps and Our pay period. So I haven't done them since I got depressed in October/November and made @LindaW wait a month and a Half for a swap!! Oyyyyy!! So that's why I have purposely chosen to do 1s I am trying to do them on time!!
