Comment: I feel that I have no choice but to reluctantly rate a 1 at the moment, because you marked that the swap was sent on 31 May, but it has not arrived as at 20 July, and your other two partners have not rated you either for the swap. I do realise that postcards go astray in the mail, and that they can take a long time travelling intercontinental, so please know that I shall be only too happy to re-rate when I receive. I did only pm you today, but I am sorry, I don't think I can put off doing this rating. I am looking forward to being able to change it though.
