Comment: Sarah and I have been in contact regarding the fact that I haven't received anything, but after several emails the situation still hasn't been resolved. The last message I sent to her is still "unread" and she hasn't signed for several weeks. Unfortunately, at this point, I feel I need to leave a "1" Rating, but I will change it just as soon as we resolve this issue.
