Comment: I don't like rating "3", but considering it's a swap that clearly states that it's quick turn around one, considering that the mail deadline is september 10th and you gave the enveloppe to your step mom to be mailed on the 11th (already one day late), considering that she supposedly forgot it for a whole week and mailed it sept 18th and considering that you never contacted me to let me know your swap would be late (I had to contact you to know the story), I have no choice but to rate the "3".
