Pretty easy and simple, should be no reason to flake or get a 3 since it is so simple.

Let me just blame it on my pain meds from my recent surgery....So, how does the atc get created and or rece8eved, then in the end who ends up with it?....Do we add something [gem] to the atc when received prior to passing it on?....I do greatly apologize for my ignorance on this kne, LOL :-)

This is just passing on an ATC you have already from trading that has a gem on it.
