Description:
You will decorate an envie with hearts galore. You will write a small note and decorate it with hearts and spray perfume on it. You will wrap three flat surprises and place them inside of the envie. Ideas of surprises are: sticker sheets, bookmarks, atcs, memo pads, and etc. Atleast one item needs to be heart themed.
