You can find a lot of information on ABC's on the web. Here are some examples;

Although I am also new to this I have already made a few and you can currently see them on my blog My blog

[An example video #1](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jICct124ngg&feature=related"An example video #1")

[An example video #2](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxhWqLINk94"An example video #2")

Example how to you could flatten your bottle caps However there are different techniques for it...

ALSO, feel free to join even when you are experienced in making ABC's.

Turning your ABC into something nice is an extra! With that I mean: Incorporating it into a bracelet, necklace, magnet, keyring,...

IMPORTANT:

Please put some time/effort into your ABC. Send something you would be happy to receive yourself! Let's make this a great swap :)

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE SWAP:

I will remove anyone from the swap who does not meet the above requirements before partners are assigned.

Happy Swapping!

I am a newbie...in fact, I just sent my first 2 swaps this morning. I have no rating yet. But I have been making ABCs (didn't know that is what they were called) for a while. I use a dooming block, and pound them out, then, glue 2 together, to create a bead. I then decorate the beads with all sorts of items on top of surfaces (paper, fabric, little beads, decoupage, etc.). They are fun, time consuming to make...but very pretty :)

That sounds amazing :)

I must say - I might have come up with the short name 'ABCs' myself. It is just easier and fits in with terms like ATC etc... Or I might have seen it somewhere. No Idea.. Anyway.. I think people get the point :)

I find it a petty that we don't really have many ABC swaps on swap-bot. Since, in my opinion you can learn a lot just from seeing other people their work in real life. :)
