I would like to do a series of Drawing and Painting ATCs using specific mediums, so sharpen your drawing pencils, make sure your pens still have ink and your acrylics aren't dried out!

*Let's start with the basics; graphite! Use your drawing pencils, graphite sticks, or even a good old fashioned number two pencil. Draw something you like to draw, or want to learn how to draw. Remember this is for graphite only, not color pencils or charcoal, those will come later!

*Try to do more than just a line drawing, use your knowledge and skills to create depth, if you don't know how, google it, there are also many videos on YouTube to show you how. You can sketch, cross hatch, render with an eraser, blend with your fingers or blending stumps, whatever graphite related techniques you prefer. Don't be shy, challenge yourselves!

*We aren't rating based on skill level or how realistic it looks. Rate based on originality, creativity and most of all, effort.

*Graphite can smudge easily so spray with a clear coat or use those nifty little clear card sleeves to protect your image.

*Senders choice, but you make look at your partner's profile for inspiration. You will be doing one ATC for one partner.

Can we draw on colored paper or only on white paper?

You can draw on what ever kind of paper you want, as long as it is a graphite drawing. I personally can't stand to draw on white paper :)
