My name is J. I'm a 11 year old boy. I enjoy skating, skateboarding, swimming and playing bass guitar.

I like to read Japanese manga, fiction & fantasy.

My favourite food is aligator (I tried it once at an oyster restaurant). I'm a very good and adventurous eater. I try everything! I'm alergic to almonds and peaches.

I'm excited to learn about your life!

My name is Michael, and I am 6 years old. I enjoy playing my dad on the XBOX 360, and also on our PSP. I also like playing with my cousins, and doing my homework as soon as I get home from school so that I can go outside and play. My favorite food is ANYTHING!!! I LOVE IT ALL!!! but the BESTEST is when my dad makes us all Banana Shakes. I look forward to seeing where you are from. :)

Hi My name is Mia and I'm six years old. I enjoy doing anything outside but especially playing soccer. I like movies a lot too and I love going to the theater so that I can watch a movie and eat popcorn! I am in the first grade and love to go to school, read and play with my friends.

I love candy, but my mom won't let me eat too much. She sometimes is a softy and lets me eat it though!! Hee hee.

I can't wait to hear from you!

My name is River and I am 8 and a half years old. I'm a boy, thought I would add that since you can't tell by my name! I like playing on my playstation, pirates, scooters, reading, computer games, and learning computer animation.

I like candy! My favorite candy is gum, and I like lollipops too. I like nature, and playing outside, and climbing trees, and making fairy houses.

Hi! My name is Kitt. I'm an almost 6-year old boy (my birthday is in 4 days). I'm a vegan, so I can only eat candy that doesn't have milk (chocolate) or gelatin in it.

I like mechanical things, inlcuding my electric "quad" that I drive around the yard. I'm also learning the names of as many car makes and models as I can.

I homeschool which gives me plenty of time to play outside, play soccer with my brothers or make art with my mother. I also like animals, especially cute little dogs.

Hello! I'm Frankie! I'm five years old and love to play outside, build with legos and play my game cube. I recently started to Karate and love that too!

I like candy (especially skittles) and like to color and draw power rangers! I like to ride my bike, watch movies and be silly! I like pirates and football!

I babysit for a girl who loves the idea of swaps, and her mom is cool with me entering her in this. Her dictation:

"My name is Ella and I want to be seven but I won't be for another half year. [She's six.] I like to play mermaids and pirates. I draw faeries and stories, and play with jewelry and I collect bottle caps and old things and outside things. [...she has a box of dirt in her room. just dirt. I'm trying to talk her into planting something in it.]

I don't eat meat or milk [her family is vegan - no animal products of any kind] but I like cupcakes and I like rice rolls. When I grow up I want to be a writer in a castle."

I'm really happy (and relieved)to see that all of the swappers are rated 5 except two new swappers (hello & welcome)!

Don't want any kids to be disappointed.

Don't forget to match your swapper with the comments left here when considering what to put into your package.

Yay, happy swapping!

Dear Arlexis:

I am sorry that I mistook your name on the package. I sent the package today from Toledo. It should be there in the next two days. Zander

user4063 11/29/2006 #

J, I sent your package a day late, but is on its way via global priority, so you should have it soon. I hope you enjoy it.

mapps 12/ 1/2006 #

Ella:

Thanks for the great package. I hope you got a good swap tool I love the rice candy

Zander

sweetxjosephine 12/ 1/2006 #

You're welcome, Zander!

I got a great swap! Thanks so much, Annette! I especially love the faerie journal!!

CarolinaRen 12/ 6/2006 #

I am so tired of this...I have been ripped out of too many swaps. My daughter looks for the mail every day and now I see that the individual who got my daughter is one of the two who have not yet marked "sent." I arranged another private swap of the exact same type for another of my children since I couldn't sign up here twice...and that box has also not arrived. The only good thing I can say is that we are glad our partner liked what we sent.

sweetxjosephine 12/ 7/2006 #

That really sucks, Ren -- I'm sure Ella would love to put together a package for Annette. Would you mind?

user4084 12/ 8/2006 #

CarolinaRen, Sorry to hear your partner hasn't sent. I will send an email. I thought people would be considerate since this swap was for children and everyone but the new swappers were 5s.

user5010 12/10/2006 #

We haven't received our package either, our person says "sent". But nothing as arrived yet. Our first swap too. Doubt I will try this again. At least River liked his package!

user4084 12/12/2006 #

If it says "sent" but, you haven't received it, it could still be in transit. It is a hectic time of year for postal service.

I have sent the "not sent" swappers messages via email.

For those who have not sent, it is never too late to appologize and send! It's difficult to believe a parent would be thoughtless enough to take something for their child and not reciprocate.

user5010 12/15/2006 #

We got ours yesterday
