Description:

Hello all, this is the 3rd swap for the Crafty ATC set. Since joining Swap-bot I have discovered ATC's and it's quickly become one of my favourite crafts, and I love being able to swap and share with other like minded crafters. So with that in mind I have created this little ATC swap. I intend it to be a series with each one having a different crafty item or technique included. This is #3 in the series, but dont worry if you missed number 1 you can jump in any time you feel like!

So Number 1 was ribbons! And number 2 was something sparkly!! I have been trying to think what to include for number 3 as I was hoping to go with something Christmassy but couldn't really come up with anything that fitted. So decided on Beads! Your card can be made of anything or include anything as long as it has a bead or some beads on it somewhere!! You can stick them on, stitch them on, tie them on, it doesn't matter as long as they are on there. Beads any shape or size will do to, just make it pretty!

So the details: 3 partners, Each receiving 1 ATC, International swap, Must have some beads on it!

Please include your details on the back of the ATC and the swap name

Newbies are allowed as long as they have a properly filled out profile, I will be checking! No unexplained 3's or 1's please, or I will have to ban you. Thanks!

I will Angel if you are flaked on, so let me know

That's all, I hope you enjoy this swap!

Does anyone know the best way of adhering beads to an atc? I love these crafty swaps. Thank you, linda

Depending on the shape of the bead(s) either E6000 or 527 glue should work. I've found it sticks nearly anything to anything else. It can be found at most craft stores. Or use a beading needle and Beadalon to string the bead(s) to the ATC. If you back it with another card the thread won't show on the back. Hope this helps.

Just be creative and attach it however you can. You could thread it on ribbon then glue the ribbon on?

@sammie91 to add to what @skydancer said -- e6000 works great for beads, just keep in mind that it takes a while to cure, so give yourself at least 48 hours before the send date ;)
