Description:

This is Another Plain Old “Naked” Postcard Swap but to write that on a postcard takes up to much space, hence please just write APONPCS v1.0 to identify the swap on your card when mailing.

For this swap you will have 5 partners and send one “naked” postcard to each.

That means you will need five postcards, your choice. You will have five unique partners and you will send one card to each of them.

“Naked” means that you place a stamp on the card, address it to your partner and write a message on the card.

Postcard is sender’s choice so long as it is a commercially produced card and is not an advertisement, Zazzle type or handmade card.

A five rating should be awarded to any participant that sends a postcard that meets these requirements to their partner by the send date.

This is an international swap so please keep in mind that send times can vary depending on the country. For example, a card sent to China from the US can take up to 38 days. At the same time a card sent from China to the US can take up to 21 days.

Again, please note that you need only write “APONPCS v1.0” on your card when mailing it. You do not need to write out the complete title in long hand. This takes up less space on your card and leaves more room for your thoughtful and informative narration.

A rating of 4.5 or better required with no 1’s in the past 12 months.

Just a quick and simple exchange…..Lets have some fun!

I don't understand - should I write anything on the card or not?

@viza "naked" means not in an envelope - so just put stamps on the postcard and send it. I'm not the swap host but generally postcards sent naked should have something written on them (not just address, swap name and username but also a note to the recipient, or a quote or a recipe or something).

pne-thank you for the reply. I have been out of the country the past 10 days and no internet...yuk. I am back. Yes naked means put a stamp on them and write something.

This is my third SWAP of this type to host and I have never had any issues getting participants. This time I am, and the only thing I can think of is the name that is used this time. So I have changed the name back to something similar to the past ones. That is the only change that I made.

I have a PC that was sent to me from Baton Rouge Louisiana. The card has nothing written on it but for my address. If this is your card please identify it and let me know your user name so that I can rate. Thanks.
