Stamps from European Countries only

1 - Select 100 different used European stamps to send to your partner. You should send fine condition stamps.

By fine condition I mean:
a) all the perforations of each stamp should be in good state
b) no tears, creases, thins or other damaging marks on the stamp
c) the cancellation should not detract the stamp design at the point of no possible identification of country, value and color.
d) stamps should be detached from paper
2 - If you are not able to accomplish with these rules, please do not apply to participate in this swap.
3 - Do not send to your partners stamps in conditions you would not like to receive.
4 - If you receive one or several stamps from other collector not according to the above described fine condition, please try to work around it and solve the issue together. Only if your partner isn't interested in cooperating to solve the problem you should consider to give him/her a bad rate.
5 - Do not forget to rate me (coordinator) and your partners :-).
6 - These guidelines should be clear but if you have any doubts do not hesitate to contact me.
7 - Identify your letter clearly and write inside of it the name of this swap. By this way your partner will rate you faster.
a) If you want you can print and use the 2D barcode on the cover to send to your partners. Using a smartphone they can access the swap page to leave feedback easily.
8 - Any feedback to improve next swaps will be welcomed.
