You will make one (1) ATC for your partner. The theme is "Heart of the Matter". Once partners are assigned, you will make your ATC based on this theme. The theme is open for interpretation by artist. Creativity is your limit! ATC should be standard size of 2.5 inches x 3.5 inches (6cm x 9cm or 64mm x 89mm) Hope you have fun! :)
