Do you have some extra weight to lose and want to find a penfriend to support and encourage you? Do you want to find someone to be accountable to? How about find a friend to share your ups and downs with? if this sounds like you then this swap is for you.
I have alot of weight to lose and I am 50 pounds down on my journey already and I have found that support in all it's forms has been key to my success. I have found having someone to write back and forth with about my journey who shares my issues with weight has been a big help.
For this swap, you will have one partner and you will need to write an introduction about yourself and your weight loss journey. This swap is appropriate for people who have a little or alot to lose and who are just starting or who have been on their journey for awhile. You can include things like what kind of diet and exercise program you have tried or are trying or are going to try, what challenges you have to weight loss, and what some of your short and long term goals you may have. you can include anything else you want to include about yourself as the goal of this is to make friends as well.
Now for the guidelines, swappers must have no recent ones or threes without explanation. New swappers are allowed with a well filled in profile. That means more than one or two sentences.
