Victorian Ladies ATC For this swap you will create (2) different Atcâ€™s for your partner using the images from the Victorian Ladies Collage Sheet. Requirements: Must be an image from the selected collage sheet. Theme: Senders choice. Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing.
