My doc imform me I'm a diabetic I'm having a terrible keeping my sugar down I'm type 2 take 4pills a day.and a byderim shot a week. I need help Plus I use to injoy food.not anymore. So I figured maybe there others like me need a lift. So what I thought we could do send decorated bag or box of happiness like sugar free candy.instant favored coffee.instant. oatmeal. any thing you can think of no least then 5 idems you can do more. If you like plus a letter of incouragement giving tips.on what you do to help fight.the sugar highs and lows you can put recipes in something funny to show you care to help your partner deal with not being able to eat like a bear anyone can join but you need to know its not a cheap swap you need to make a comittment to your partner for your health and theirs
