It's that time of the year again to start thinking about making Christmas Ornaments. What better way to celebrate the upcoming holidays by making Salt Dough Ornaments.

CHALLENGE Each participate will make two secular salt dough ornaments for the person that you are assigned to.

In order to participate in this swap you must have been rated with all 5's and have at least completed three swaps. You may read your partners profile to get a feel for what they like, but it's your choice to decide what type of ornaments that you will make for them. I have provided several websites below for those who may need inspiration or information on how to go about making salt dough ornaments. After baking them can you decorate them (make them fancy LOL)

Yes, you can paint them with acrylic paints, embellish with glitter, beads, ribbon, etc., but be sure to seal it with polyurethane, wax, or use a clear varnish to prevent them from molding. It also protects from the paint flaking or cracking off too. Hope I was able to answer your question.
