Hi for this Bookpage themes is going to be a bookpage with a Penguin on it. And yes you can add hearts to it because it is around valentine but not required. Senders choice, so you can make your ATC before partners are assigned. ALL ATCs are 2.5"x3.5" in size. This is the second one in a series for 2015 next will be a horse something different. You can use a sticker or cut outs anything you need to make your card the right theme and to look pretty. No rating requirement for this swap, but that does not mean that I'm not going to remove questionable swappers before partners are assigned ;P New, unrated swappers are allowed, as long as they seem to know what an ATC is.

No, I am not sure what a book page is. Does that mean you have the page of a book as the background?
