This swap is for ATCers, cardmakers and scrappers. Each participant will send out one Stuffed 4x6 manilla envelope to 2 partners. Stuff with...embellishments...dodads..papers...brads...eyelets..etc. Items should be new or fairly new. The theme for stuffing is GREEN in honor of St. Patty's Day. Enjoy...Have fun and stuff those envelopes!!

Anyone with a rating of below 4 will be banned from swapping.
