This will be an ongoing swap to encourage each other to make healthy choices and to keep going in the pursuit of health. :) Please don't join this swap unless you have health / weight loss goals and would like to connect with people who have similar goals. :)


  • Send a Swap-bot PM to your partner on at least 5 different days this week describing what you did that day to meet your health & weight loss goals, how you're feeling, etc. You can write about if you exercised, or if you didn't exercise, why you didn't. You can write about a healthy meal you cooked, or if you binged on junk food, you can write about that, too. Anything you need to talk about health-wise. We're not going to set minimums on how much you need to write. That's up to you, but keep in mind, the more you write, the more the swap will work for you. :)

  • After you have sent a PM on 5 different days, remember to mark your items as sent on the swap page.

  • Rate your partner a 5 at the end of the week if he/she sent you at least one PM on 5 different days. The days are: March 22, March 23, March 24, March 25, March 26, March 27 and March 28. Bottom line, if he/she wrote you on 5 of those days, you need to rate a 5.

  • If you want to write to your partner every day, and not just 5, that's fine.

  • Let's talk briefly about the spirit of the swap. There will be no rating obviously, for whether or not you are responding to your partner's PMs, but if you join this swap, it's expected that you do. :) It's not very helpful to anyone if your partner PMs you on 5 days, and you don't respond. Please not only send to your partner, but also respond to the person who is PMing you. :) Even a couple encouraging lines is enough. :) Let's follow the spirit of this swap and not just be concerned with what can be rated for or not. :) You might make a new SB friend in the process. :)

  • This swap is not about pushing any particular exercise or diet regimen on anyone else. It's about encouragement and motivation.

Requirements to Join:

  • You need to have a well filled out profile.

  • You need to have at least a 4.98 rating.

  • You need to have completed and have been rated for at least 10 type 2/3 swaps. The reason I have this requirement is because this swap extends over multiple days, and does take some time.

  • No late swaps on your Dashboard.

  • No 1s owed to active members.

PLEASE NOTE: I usually angel all my swaps, but due to the nature of this swap, I cannot angel it. There really is no way to angel a swap like this. So please understand that when you join. :)
