Fall/Winter Plum Paper Planner RAK Fan's SWAP:) This will be a Fall/Winter themed swap. Spending minimum before postage is $10 -Mailing deadline is 11/23/15 -Your swap partner must receive their package by December 1st :) Partners will be automatically picked on November 15th.
