Description:

Hello everyone!

This particular swap is for natural landscape postcards, in honor of Earth Day, April 22 - our swap date! A natural landscape postcard for this swap is defined as a single view (not multiview/montage) of an area anywhere in the world that appears to be undisturbed by human intervention. This landscape can comprise mountains, desert, wilderness, jungle, forest...whatever appeals to you. This means no houses, trails/roads, bridges, farms, or any other cultural disruption. Titles/text on the card are OK.

This swap is vintage-friendly, as long as it meets the above requirements and your partner is cool with vintage. No handmade/self-printed or Zazzle allowed.

You will send 1 postcard to each one of your 2 partners, for a total of 2 postcards. By default, these should be naked, meaning written and stamped.

This swap is open to everyone, although I reserve the right to ban swappers who I may conclude based on ratings may not fulfill the swap obligations. Newbies must have a completed profile. If you believe that you have been rated unfairly in the past, please PM me. Don't forget to include the swap name and your swap-bot username on the postcard, so your partners can easily rate you! Any questions, please ask!

For you newbies, how it works in a nutshell is that after the sign-up date has passed, you will soon be notified via email that it's time to start swapping and partners have been assigned. Partner addresses will then be available here for you linked on this swap page, and you will need to mail your postcards by the swap date. Don't forget to include the swap name and your swap-bot username on the postcards, so your partner can easily rate you! Once you have mailed your postcards, be sure to mark the swap as sent on this page to get credit for mailing it on time.

Once you receive your card from your partner, come back to this swap page and rate your partner a 5 if it meets the swap requirements. If you think it doesn't, before you rate a 3 (which is a big deal to receive such a rating), contact your partner first and try to resolve your issue.

You can also join the international version of this swap here.
