The idea is create a group interested in swapping used stamps. I am a brazilian collector who is try to get at least one stamps from each issuer in history. And this is becoming very challenging! I have figured out many historical aspects about lots of countries! Here the swapper could send used stamps, always taking care of quality of material and I suggest 30 stamps. As much different countries represented in stamps as possible. Any ideas are very welcome. Please let me know. | |
