On a diet, again.

Ok, let's admit it. It's a new year and you want to lose 5 lbs or so, again. Let's work on an ATC that will remind ourselves of that fact. If we're working on art, we're not heading to the fridge!

So, you can draw, paint, collage, cut from newspaper, rubber stamp and embellish at will an ATC that has to do with being on a diet.

Of course the ATC should be 3.5” X 2.5” on a sturdy background paper, like a cereal box cut to size. It should have your swap bot name, swap title, and date created on the back.

Do it while standing. (Burn more calories that way!)
