This is part of the circus side show dotees. It is for the dog boy or girl. You will have one partner to make one dotee for. With this dotee you will make a circus poaster (around ATC size) to go with it. This does not have to be an ATC just around that size. You know the rules 3 - 6 inches a tail and a hanger. Have fun.
