This will be a series of swaps, don't sign up if your not serious about loosing weight and following thru with this swap. Use any journal of your choice, no mini journals, track what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday for the month of January, include any recipes, vitamin regimes, herbal supplements or teas.
PLease do NOT send this journal media mail, first class or priority only, the thicker the journal the more it will be to ship, so try to keep flat by all means, Decorate it or not I have no preference, this is just to help us thru our journey and have someone to talk to about it.
31 entries 31 days of logging I will be checking all profile, I cannot angel this one, unless you give me 31 days to do so, then I have NO problem, after a rate 1 is given.
Mail Feb 8th, if you miss a few days of logging in January no big deal,. use the extra week in Feb. to log. Also if your on a cheat day just write cheat day in your journal and it will still count as an entry no biggie, no more than 2 cheat days a week ;)
