Simple. 1 card, 1 partner. BE CREATIVE. A picture on a card with no other effort isn't worth anyones time. If you make ATCs in 2 minutes or less..please don't join. This isn't a cut and paste swap.

We can not judge on creativity though. If your swap is received on time, that's a 5 rating.

I will do my best as a host to check people out. It would help, if you're a newbie especially to have a link to something creative you've done.

And yes, I plan to do the other characters.
