You can decorate the ATC any way you wish, it just has to have at least one Lily of the valley on it! Simple!! You make 1 ATC and have 1 Partner Please, be creative...don't send the sticker on card stock ATC... Embellishments are a plus....make it fun, but send your best work, just make sure it has a lily of the valley on it somewhere!! RULES: Must have at least a 4.8, no "No Sends" in the last 2 months and newbies welcome with a descriptive profile and a message to me telling me why they would like to join this swap!
