No time like the present! If you are like me and determined to make this the year of losing unwanted pounds and getting healthy, you are in the right place my friend.
The swap will be a regular monthly swap, but you can step back or join in any month you wish. This is a way to stay in touch with others that are starting out on a healthier path and to support each other in our weight loss journey.
Each month a new round will be posted. Swap will be due to be sent by the 10th of the following month.
You will send a postcard from your stash to your partner and share something about the month related to your weight loss. You can talk about something you learned about yourself, a struggle you overcame, tips and ideas you want to share, songs that get you moving, a quick and easy recipe, NSV (non-scale victory), goals for the next month, how things are going for you, etc. We will have struggles and bad days, but I hope that we can keep things positive and uplifting and inspire each other. Just knowing someone else is going through the same journey can help so much.
Don't forget to write the swap name and your ID so that your partner may rate you. You will send your postcard naked through the mail.

No unresolved or recent 1s or 3s. Newbies welcome with a well-filled out profile. I will be checking over participants before sign up and will be removing anyone that does not meet the requirements, or who I feel may not be a good fit.
