Description:

I'm so glad several of you want to also make a Halloween Art Doll this year.

In this swap, create your one partner, one 3D (not flat paper) Halloween themed art doll.

Your Halloween art doll must be at least 5 inches. You may make your art doll in any art medium, and it can be cute or creepy, or anywhere in between. Some examples include but are not limited to: cloth, mixed media, clay, assemblage, carved or sculpted, beaded, altered, found objects, gourds, etc.

Here are some examples:

As always, the dolls you swap, must be created by you the artist. Please sign your dolls if possible. Must be at least 5 inches. No sloppy rushed work, only quality art dolls. Don't wait to the last minute to start your dolls. Give yourself enough time to make/paint/dry your doll. You may create in any medium. Also, please wrap/protect your doll when mailing. And lastly, please rate your partner.

I know I shouldn't have to add this but I will. Corona Virus is a real pandemic....please do not sign up, if you have this virus. If you develop the virus after the swap starts, please let your partner and myself know. For me, I would rather give you more time to work on the doll, then have you work on it while sick. If you have concerns about catching this virus, then I also recommend using an antibacterial wipe, or disinfecting spray on the package and doll itself, once you receive it. You may also choose to let your package sit awhile before opening-if you do this-please let your partner know that the package was received but you are waiting to rate for x amount of days, so that the sender knows it was received, and isn't worrying about where it is. And with the mail being so slow lately, and since we are all in the USA, I recommend using Priority Mail with tracking, or at least some sort of tracking on it.......though I'm not making this a requirement. I would imagine your decision will be based on the size and weight and the materials you use in your creation, etc.

Have fun.
