Description:

Hello dear Patrons! It's time for the third edition of our Craft Club Swaps: happy mail in TRAVEL THEME! If you saw my latest CCC video on Patreon, you'll know that that can be as broad as you make it. It doesn't have to be airplanes and maps, travel can be many things!

For today's swap I set some guidelines again, including a minimum weight. That may seem strange but I think it makes sense: we weigh our mail to know the stamps, and it should give you a bit of an indication of what to make/expect! As long as everyone puts in their best effort, it should be fun! Here's the guidelines, please ask questions if you have them:

  • Create a travel themed happy mail. What you make is up to you (flipbook, tag flip, pocket letter - as long as it has a crafty component and fits in an envelope, it's happy mail!) but I'd say the contents of the envelope combined should weigh somewhere around 60 grams at least. Crafty project is sender's choice.

  • Include goodies to match your partner's profile. Doesn't have to be travel themed, and can be anything from washi tape samples to stickers, tea, writing paper, tags, paper goodies, sequins, buttons... And whatever else you may send in your happy mails!

  • Write a short letter and use correct postage. Decorating the envelope is optional but encouraged, and don't forget to leave a rating on swap-bot once received! I highly recommend taking pictures, in case the envelope gets lost.

Most importantly: have FUN! Maybe we can share a sneak-peek at instagram? Use the #CraftClubChallenge hashtag so we can all see the pictures :D

If you can't send out your envelope on time, please communicate with your partner first. For questions you can always message me!
