i don't have pierced ears, so please don't send earrings. I don't usually wear rings either, so a necklace or bracelet is preferred! thanks!

I don't have pierced ears, nor do I wear earrings. Thank you!!!

holy mfgod! This swap is a dream ! It's such a shame I can't make any jewelry... I have to check if they sell something here...

tinnuwen 03/10/2009 #

This sounds so great, but I'm afraid I can't get any really good and suiting jewellery supplies here... I don't think I'd manage to make something proper. But it's a brilliant idea!

an idea... maybe a make a couple of scrabble or bottle cap pendants?

or if you're not crafty, there are lots of reasonably priced goodies on etsy!

You can get reasonably priced DIY jewelry kits at AnnieHowes.etsy.com I think that most of them even come with tutorials. I'm going to use one of these kits to make my project for this swap :)

For the swap I would prefer a necklace, but any other jewelry would also be fine :)

Hmh, I'll see if I can find something crafty this weekend when I'll be in Germany. Chances are they might have some jewellery kits. Fingers crossed. :D

tinnuwen 03/15/2009 #

yay! I've joined - I DID get lucky in finding something while I was in Germany. So... as long as no other swapper states they don't exactly want what I'll be making... I'm staying put and will do this swap, too. :D happy

My Jewellery info: - I'm afraid with earrings only silver is really ok with me as I tend to have allergic reactions to other materials now and then. So... I guess no earrings for me (as I know silver is expensive for such a swap!). - in general I don't really like gold and always wear silver when it comes to metallic stuff (I'm talking colour here, not the real stuff... hahah). Else I'd like whatever nice really. :) If i'd have to choose for one thing, I guess I'd go for a bracelet but really - whatever you'd like to do with this swap, it's fine with me. :) And if you're not sure about something - contact me. :)
