Description:
We will swap one ATC, in a decorated envelope of some kind. ATC's are 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Decorated envelopes can be anything from a full on painting or drawing, to something more simple like fancy lettering, doodles, stamped images or words, collage elements, even using a magazine page or calendar page to make an envelope from.....basically anything but a plain envelope.
