Description:

This swap's theme is: Once Upon A ... Coded Message!

To save the words from prying eyes, a cunning code has been applied. All that remains is for your partner to find, the secret meaning found behind

For this swap you will send your partner a message that includes at least two sections written in code. The codes should be different types and you will provide them with the key to solving them (either directly, or through giving a strong hint). It should not be too difficult for your partner to find the key, though how long of the section of coded information is, is up to you.

Try to think of a character who would have a need to write in code. Are you an explorer of uncharted lands? A treasure hunter? A best friend with gossip to tell? A forbidden romantic interest with nosey family? Do you come from a fantasy world where language is very different? Are you running a mystery hunt for a friend’s birthday? Or maybe you are a high-level super spy!

You should write two A5 pages with a minimum of two sections of code contained within these. Two different types of code must be used! You can Google “codes for written messages” and I will also add some links in the comments section. Feel free to be creative – e.g. you could also use a map or image and use a code to show the location of something.

Please consider decorating your envelope a little too - it always adds an extra touch of excitement and magic!

This swap is for people with 4.95 rating min. and those under 4.98 will be reviewed prior to partners being allocated to ensure no recent 1s or 3s. Please rate a 5 if you receive a swap with a two page letter containing two sections in code. Hearts are up to you.

I will angel flakers after a reasonable amount of time has passed (shipping can take quite a while overseas!) and once the flaker has been rated a 1.

More code types! Please give the name of the cipher used , or the cipher itself, so that the solving is fun - not troublesome! https://www.instructables.com/Best-Codes/
