If I send to the states with a SASE USA post will not send it back to Canada.

You have International but then in the description you say US only.

Can I join I am in Canada?

I want to verify that I send a letter to one person, and then someone else (not the one I sent a letter too) sends me a letter correct? I'm just a bit confused...which is easy to do. LOL!

I believe you send a letter to someone and you receive a letter from someone else. THEN the person you sent your letter to mails you a letter back while you write a letter to the person who sent you a letter. That way you end up with 2 penpals. I totally could be wrong, but that's the impression I got :)
