When the Zentangle is completed cut it out and add a ribbon for hanging .The back should be decorated in a way to incorporate your name and date or add a small tag with name and date on it. You will make one Pillow candy style type ornament for one swap partner. Thats a total of 1 Ornaments for one partner. The usual swap-bot rules apply. Flaking will not be tolerated. You must be in good standing and have a rating of 4.6 or better. If you have a problem let your swap partner and me know. Any questions Message me any time.

I'm not sure I understand what a "Pillow candy style type ornament" is - can you elaborate?

I'm just guessing, but I'm thinking that it's a sort-of-rounded square with sort-of-curved-in sides. Like those peppermint flavored little powdered-sugar "mints" that you can find in the bridal section of party stores.

here's a link to a pillow mint candy supplier's picture of the mints...

I know what the mints are, but I don't understand what we're supposed to create for the swap. Are we supposed to cut the 3.5x3.5 square paper into that shape, or use that shape as the border, or what? And is it just a piece of card stock with a hanging ribbon, or is it supposed to be 3D somehow? Sorry for being dense...

[in our family, we call those "chalky mints" and associate them with certain restaurants that have them at the cash register :^]

Sultrypeacock you have the right idea. Take a pillow type mint shape and Zentangle it. Like the other ornaments we have done cut them out and add a ribbon or other hanger.

flat then. :) Yay! That makes it easier for now!

but hmmm... a 3-d shape could be fun sometime!

yes a 3d shape swap is coming soon to the NewFangled Zentangle and More group.
