Think Spring!! (Even though we have 21 inches of snow right now! :) Create AT LEAST 24 handmade cupcake toppers with a "Spring Theme" They do not all have to be identical, but should all "match" and "go-together" when put on 24 cupcakes together. Senders choice on design, style, execution, etc. :) No flaking Please :) You will have ONE partner. Maybe check out their profile and see what their "style" is :)
