Description:

This is a no-cost swap for May, totally sender's choice... the only expense will be the postage! Find a minimum of three items that you don't want or need anymore: one book and two other items book related in some way. (How they are book related doesn't even need to be immediately obvious, as long as you can defend it to your partner. A tea cup, for example, can be book related in my opinion, because I like to relax with a cup of tea and a nice book. )

They obviously can be used, but still things you are proud to send.

(This is not a white elephant swap, for those freaky things NOBODY wants... we will try one of those later. It is also not a swap for trash. You know if something has been used TO DEATH. Just throw it away, don't mail it.) I have to say, personally I give a lot more leeway for books than anything else. A well-loved, much read book with a torn, beat up, damaged cover and bent pages might still become a dear friend...as long as it is not dirty and disgusting, and still serves its purpose (to be read). A book with torn, water-damaged, loose or missing pages, though... that's different. Yuck. Nobody wants that. Poor thing; retire it.

Package the items up nicely, and send them off for a new life with your partner. One Swap-botter's trash can be another Swap-botter's treasure! And even if what you receive is not treasure to you, you still got rid of three things you no longer needed. (Win-win situation!)

So... one partner, one book, two other items, all things you already have and are happy to rehome... and all you are spending on this swap is postage. :)
