I was so pleased with the top 10 fitness tips swap that I joined that I decided to do a similar one of my own. :)
This one is based on the idea that a lot of people struggle to keep food off their minds--in other words, we constantly want to munch.
Each person will make a list of 10 FUN or INTERESTING things to do instead of eating. These must be things that you personally would find fun or intriguing enough to stay focussed on long enough to at least take the edge off a food craving.
For instance, "take out the trash" is probably not a good suggestion, but "organize your closet" is :)
With 10 partners, I am hoping that we will each get 100 things! :) (If enough people join.)
When you get your tips, I suggest formatting them in Word and printing them out so that you can put them in a decorative jar or box and draw one out whenever you feel the urge to munch but you know you don't really need a snack.
