Design your own letterset

This is perfect! LBF just discovered a tool on an art program he has that I can use to make some really fun lettersets. I can hardly wait!

Would 10 or more sheets of ANSI A paper (commonly called "letter size" in the U.S.), which is 6 mm wider and 18 mm shorter than ISO A4, or 20 or more sheets half that size, which would of course be 9 mm narrower and 6 mm longer than ISO A5, be an acceptable substitute? The easiest way to get A4 or A5 paper here is to buy oversized sheets and trim them down, and that'd be awfully wasteful.

ANSI sounds ok to me. I just want make sure people don't send tiny papers.
