Vintage Child Fairy ATC

I was looking thru my old swaps and remembered what fun it was to make an adorable vintage child fairy, but couldnt find any going currently so I started my own! This swap is for 1 atc for 1 partner, taking a vintage photo of a child and adding wings and/or a party hat or crown. I like to use all of it. Use your creative skills, with ink, stamps, markers, glitter, make it dimensional, make it wonderful!!

please do not put a hat on a child and call it done. make a vintage feel background, use your talents to make it special.
