THANKFULNESS

I'm setting up this swap based on a public swap I wanted to join (but the members in the swap were questionable). Our swap will be a bit different.

Thanksgiving is only a month away. But this is not just an American holiday swap. It is for all of us that are thankful for the blessings in our lives.

For this swap you will make a list of 10 things you are thankful for. You cannot just list people or items but must list why you are thankful for them. (Example - I am thankful for my wonderful job, as I was laid off 5 months ago. This job not only saved me finacially but has lifted my spirits and has put my talent of speaking another language to good use. I feel so blessed to be able to help my non-English speaking students obtain an education here in the US.) So you get the idea...

You must also include a thankful quote on an index card (3x5 inches) Please decorate the card in some way.

This swap is open to all memebers of the group. It is an inexpensive swap and everything should be able to fit in a standard envelope.

Review of what to send: a list of 10 things you are thankful for with why you are thankful for them, a thankful quote on a decorated index card.
