Description:

This is a new ATC series for altered text/print using a specific color each time.

Using a piece of paper from a book, magazine, pamphlet, etc, you'll make a random phrase from various words in the text.

It's up to you how you choose to make your phrase visible, as long as you use the color chosen for the specific swap in the series.

Be as creative as you'd like!

The only requirements are standard ATC size requirements of 2.5 x 3.5.

Newbies with fully fleshed out profiles and that have at least 5 completed AND rated mail swaps under their belts are invited to join. However, please be forewarned that flakers will NOT be tolerated.

Come on, we all like getting something special in the mail!! It's only a kind, simple act to reciprocate, and it doesn't require a lot of effort to do so. Don't flake!

You'll be sending 1 ATC to 1 partner. Have fun!

The image above is done by Tom Phillips and you can visit http://humument.com/gallery/index.html for more examples of altered text.

This swap is so cool I'm finally gonna get off my duff and learn how to make atc's! I've never made one before, but I've made tons of postcards. Anything special I need to know aside from the size requirements? Uhh, I guess I do need to ask: what are you supposed to put on the back of it?

By the way, you can make Tom Phillips' website a link like this:

[his website] (http://humument.com/gallery/index.html)

where you take out the space between the bracketed part and the parenthetical part....
