OK how about winning some money for Valentine's day? This will be a simple swap. You will have 1 partner and send them one $2 Valentine Lottery Ticket. Here they usually have one with lips or hearts. One ticket to one person. If you can't find a $2 one, two $1 will be fine. Ok now the rules. I was not happy that 2 people in my last swap were flaked on by one person.
