Mostly qoutlet.com and kawaiicorner.com They only update like once a month though. Ebay is had a better selection, but they are VERY expensive.

Shop Kawaii has a great selection, but they are way overpriced. There used to be a Japanese stationery store here in the 'burbs, and they had great prices!! They closed like 2 years ago though. sigh
