Description:

ATC makers, let's have fun! :)

On this swap you will have 1 partner to whom you'll send at least 6 different items (read some samples below), stuff you WOULD ACTUALLY USE to make interesting, neat, pretty ATCs. Such as?

  • beads, sequins, eyelets, ribbon, paper charms,

  • collage stuff such as game cards, tickets, used postal stamps, bingo cards, etc

  • 3d stickers, rubber stamps, chipboard

  • ATC sleeves, mini envelopes, glassine envelopes

  • stencils sheets

  • ATC-sized color paper

  • scrapbook paper or scrapbook scraps (nice and neat please!)

  • other decoration such as http://www.collagestuff.com/cat5.html

IF YOU WANT TO SEND MORE THEN 6 ITEMS, GOOD, BUT THIS IS A FLAT MAIL SWAP, SO DONT EXPECT TO GET A BIG FAT STUFFED ENVELOPE.:)

ATTENTION: It's paper scraps, not crap! Let's be fair and send nice stuff! This is supposed to be fun! Let's make our partners happy!

SPECIAL ATTENTION: BE FAIR! if youre sending small items (such as sequins, eylets, etc) send a reasonable amount as they are small.

TIP: Put the small items in little envelopes or plastic sleeves so they wont get lost or messy when your parter opens envelope.:) AN EXAMPLE OF A NICE SWAP: some ribbon, some sequins in a tiny envelope, some used postal stamps, some eyelets, some ATC-sized paper, some mini-envelopes.

*** Between 4-5 ratings. 3s i'll have to consider each case. Flaking is mean so lets avoid it :) **

This sounds like fun. Not sure I will join though. I'm trying to keep my swapping costs down and just swapping in the US for now

Sounds like fun, try to match partners cross country or international. This way we are more likely to receive things that are different from our own areas.

Swap-Bot randomly chooses partners when the coordinator clicks to assign partners.

@creativememe123 Yep dear, as @bruxbaby mentioned, there is nothing I can do, is a random selection of swappers by swap-bot. I'm happy to see this swap getting bigger :)

Have to say I love this: "It's paper scraps, not crap! "

would love to write that on someone's rating next time I get 'crap' :-) I guess I should be glad they want to pay postage to get rid of their trash

I am so let down when someone sends "crap." I try to make my swap items things I would be happy to use on my own ATCs.

I love this idea. I use and get inspiration from the "extras" that people are good enough to send me. It makes me look at things differently and maybe use things I wouldn't ordinarily choose. I just signed up. I think you did a great job describing the expectations of this swap. Looking forward to it. :)

This sounds like fun. I like to read my partners profile and build from that. I do not mind sharing if I have it, but sometimes I am limited and give what I can. It is hard to know who is going to appreciate the effort and who isn't. Good luck everyone.
