Description:

Spring has definitely sprung here in the Pacific Northwest and so have the flowers! I think I’m instantly in a better mood when I see colorful flowers in gardens or on my kitchen table.

In this swap, you will send 3 flower themed note cards to each of your 3 partners. There can be other things on the cards, but they must have flowers on them.

They should be store-bought and be “every day cards,” meaning blank on the inside. It’s ok if the outside has a “thinking of you” or “hello” message (no occasion/holidays or thank you cards).

On one of the 3 cards you send to each partner, you will write a note to your partner. The other 2 cards will be for your partners to use. Please make these 2 cards different. Please include envelopes for the cards your partners will use.

Minimum rating: 4.9 with no recent 1s or 3s without a good explanation.

Can a newbie join?

Sorry, I'm not allowing newbies at this time.

Do you want these cards to be a certain size? Is a 3 1/2X5" ok or a 5X5". Note cards come in several different sizes. I would not want to upset or disappoint a partner by not sending the correct size. This does sound very interesting.

so we cannot make the cards???

ArtyBeth3 05/ 4/2011 #

@1leemeadows the cards must be the minimum required by USPS standards, which is currently 5” long X 3 1/2” high. You can make them larger if you want to.

@scrappinjenn40 no this is not a handmade card swap.

Size wise, what I meant is that the cards should be no smaller than the minimum USPS mailable size. Other than that, they can be any size.
